Select the correct frozen food for your fish or freeze your own.
Get a paper coffee strainer.
Put the frozen food cube on the coffee strainer, hold it, and pour dechlorinated water over the food until it is thawed.
Once thawed, feed with a (commonly reptile) feeding tongs to slowly disperse feed for minimal waste, and for select feeding.
Depending on your fish, feed once or twice a day or for a supplemental food feed one too three times a week.
